In March of 2006, Classic Party Rentals created a Corporate Business Conference Room for the Pattison Group Bi Annual CEO meeting in Rancho Mirage, CA. The conference room was a 50’x120’ structure that was erected on the tennis court of the former Frank Sinatra Estate. To ensure safety, the concrete court was carefully core drilled for ¾” red heads for the base plates. Special caps for the red heads were provided to be flush and match the court surface when the structure is not in use. After protecting the court, a wood floor was installed and then carpeted. The Classic team also provided lights, ceiling paddle fans, heating and air conditioning for the event. For the caterer, Crayons of Palm Springs, a 10’x40’ cooking canopy was built on the property and outfitted with a 6 burner stove, a convection oven and a commercial refrigerator.
