Pre Season Gala
Classic Party Rentals Palm Desert converted its 40,000 square foot warehouse into a party venue for their “Pre-Season Gala.” This was no easy task, but they wanted to create an unforgettable evening for their customers and vendors. The Classic team installed walls of duvetyne 12 feet high to mask the walls and shelving. Cream bisque carpet on the floor along with a large variety of chairs, tables, china, glassware and lounge furniture that were used to highlight the breadth of Classic’s extensive inventory. Guest were welcomed by a steel drum band and smiling valet attendants under a 30’x60’ structure with a tent liner. “Classic Party Rental” ice sculptures were actually drink luges providing a refreshing martini or a non alcoholic passion drink. At the end of the evening one guest suggested to Scott Karroll that he “should rent the warehouse for a party venue since the event was such a success”.
